Members of the original cast of The Return of the Living Dead began taking action over the past few months against what they claim is the illegal use of their images in merchandise being sold by Living Dead Media, the company who currently claims to own the rights to the movie’s copyrights and trademarks. Living Dead Media filed a legal complaint against the cast members, claiming their actions were harming Living Dead Media’s reputation and business. Now, about a month and a half after the original complaint was filed, the attorney representing Living Dead Media filed a request to dismiss their own case.
