A24’s ‘Slayground’ Looks Like a Haunted Attraction, but Its Surveillance Feeds Are Promoting a Jeremy Saulnier Movie

A24’s Slayground campaign lets you peer into a fictional haunted attraction through looping security-camera feeds, with rooms labeled KILL_CHAMBER and TOMB_OF_DOOM. The attraction belongs to the promotion for Jeremy Saulnier’s upcoming movie. Nerdist reports that there’s no real-world haunt to visit.

You can explore the campaign at runlikehell.com or watch “Slayground | Official Promo | A24” on YouTube, posted September 21, 2026. The promo also played in theaters ahead of Zach Cregger’s Resident Evil. Saulnier previously directed Green Room, Blue Ruin and Rebel Ridge.

The website offers an A24 marketing email signup alongside its surveillance feeds.

The movie’s background offers a clue to what’s beyond those cameras. Deadline originally reported the project as October in June 2025, describing it as a Halloween-set fugitive thriller written and directed by Saulnier, with Cory Michael Smith starring and A24 producing and financing.

World of Reel reports that Smith plays a haunted-attraction employee who escapes police custody while suspected in a mass murder investigation, then tries to prove his innocence during a manhunt. A24 hasn’t confirmed those plot details or released an official synopsis.
