Doll Haus of Dread is a new JAKKS Pacific collector line that turns 4 horror characters into female fashion dolls: Ghost Face from Scream, Billy the Puppet from Saw, Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th and Pinhead from Hellraiser.
These are stylized reinterpretations rather than replicas of the characters. Their looks pull from each franchise, while the accessories include masks, bags and display stands. Ghost Face’s design also evokes Casey Becker, Drew Barrymore’s character in Scream, though the doll hasn’t been identified as Casey.
The dolls began appearing in Walmart stores in late September. Walmart.com links for Ghost Face and the Hellraiser doll followed on September 30, while online listings for Billy and Jason haven’t surfaced yet.
One collector account lists an October rollout, a $39.97 price and Walmart exclusivity in the U.S. JAKKS hasn’t publicly confirmed those details, so availability may vary while the line reaches stores.
