Murder Set Pieces on Roku

Notorious splatter movie MURDER-SET-PIECES is now streaming uncut on Massacre Video TV’s Roku channel.

Murder-Set-Pieces is a notoriously violent and bloody movie about a photographer who has a secret habit of brutally slaughtering people. When his girlfriend’s daughter begins to uncover his secret, she also becomes a target.

Tony Todd, Gunnar Hansen, and Cerina Vincent have appearances in the movie. Edwin Neal also shows up.

Nick Palumbo wrote and directed Muerder-Set-Pieces. The movie was cut extensively for its initial R-rated U.S. DVD release. In the UK it was refused certification, essentially banning it. It’s since been restored and released in its full theatrical version, and that’s the version Massacre Video TV has streaming in their app.

Massacre Video has long been the home of transgressive and ultra-violent horror and exploitation films. Initially releasing films on physical media (which they still do), they started a streaming service a few years ago.

You can find them online and on Roku, but check the trailers before you watch. I can’t actually post the best images from movies like Murder-Set-Pieces here because we’d probably get some sort of strike against our account. And Murder-Set-Pieces isn’t even the most upsetting movie Massacre Video has to offer.

I saw Murder-Set-Pieces sometime back in around 2008 or so, and I thought it was okay. But I’ve been following Massacre Video for a while and have bought more than a few Blu-rays from them. The best ones I’ve gotten I definitely wouldn’t recommend for general audiences. But if you’re into the more extreme side of horror, you should check them out.
