Oh, well this is one darn good way to get free publicity.

CableTV.com is hiring three people for its “thrillternship,” a horror movie marathon that pays $666 each. The Utah-based company, which compares TV, streaming and internet costs and recommends things to watch, is running the gig for a second year.
“The main qualification is a love of being scared,” organizers wrote.
Any legal U.S. resident who’s 18 or older can apply. There’s no fee, and the process is simple: put together an application, hit submit, and wait for organizers to review it. The questions cover whether you’d heard of CableTV.com before, the scariest movie you’ve ever seen, and why you’re the perfect fit, plus links to your social handles.

The deadline is midnight mountain time on Sunday, Oct. 11. Winners get an email within two days of that date.
If you’re picked, you’ll binge Halloween movies and complete “spooky assignments,” then rank the films and their characters. The one-time $666 payment lands within 90 days of finishing.
Or you could just apply to work at Creepy Catalog and do this full-time, but now we have to cover a lot true crime stuff, too.
