Cat Cam is a found footage movie in the vein of Paranormal Activity. It’s set inside a house where a cat owner named Riley has set up stationary cameras pretty much everywhere. Riley and her wife Sammy are about to go on vacation, and Riley is worried that her cat Nug might not be settled into their new home yet. Also, she wants to monitor the person who has been tasked with cat-sitting, Sammy’s screw-up brother Jay.
While the cameras may or may not catch Jay messing things up, they’re also capturing footage of something else in the house; a presence that Nug notices before her human companion.
Nug the Cat stars in Cat Cam, and she’s joined by Cronin Cullen, Bry Gallagher, Jiavanni, and Elizabeth Yamauchi. Sara Werner directed Cat Cam from a script by Hilary Helding.
