Dark Sky Selects is releasing a new 4K UHD special edition of the 1986 classic, Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer. The disc will be out on October 27, and pre-orders are live now on the DarkSkyFilms web site. There’s also a VHS release there you can pre-order.
But before the Blu-ray comes out, Regal Cinemas will put the movie back in theaters to celebrate its 40th anniversary. It will be a one-day event on October 14, so check your local Regal because tickets are already on sale.
Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer stars Michael Rooker as the title character. The story follows Henry, his friend from prison Otis (Tom Towles), and Otis’s sister Becky (Tracy Arnold). Becky begins growing closer to Henry, not knowing that he and Otis are killing multiple people.
