‘Sinners’ Is Returning to IMAX for Halloween
“You know something? Maybe once a week, I wake up paralyzed reliving that night. But before the sun went down, I think that was the best day of my life. Was it like that for you?”
Sinners is one of the best horror movies of 2025. Set in rural Mississippi in 1932, Sinners sees twin brothers Stack and Smoke (both played by Michael B. Jordan) who return to their hometown to open a juke joint. Along with their friends, cousin, employees and guests, the twins face real (racists) and supernatural (vampires) obstacles on the night of their grand opening. Written, directed and produced by Ryan Coogler, Sinners is a horror movie everyone should watch.
Now, Sinners is returning to IMAX just in time for Halloween! Beginning next Thursday, October 30th, Sinners will be screening in IMAX theaters across the country for one week. You can find a showing near you on Fandango here.
A Warner Bros press release said “This limited engagement offers audiences the chance to experience one of the most original and emotionally resonant films to ever reach the big screen in the way Coogler originally envisioned: presented in premium format on Imax 70MM and Imax screens.”
