It’s a good batch of horror for today’s new releases in theaters and at home.

There are some great-looking movies out today! Weapons is at the top of my must-see list, but Strange Harvest isn’t far behind. Check out all of today’s new releases below. As a bonus, I’ve also included two movies previously released in 2025 which made their subscription streaming debuts today.

Freaky Tales is an anthology film that blends together different genres including action, science fiction, comedy, and even a few light elements of horror. Set in Oakland, California in 1987, the four stories connect to tell a larger tale of people fighting and surviving among extraordinary circumstances.
