In addition to writing and directing (with co-writer Brandon Slagle), Danielle Harris and Scout Taylor-Compton also both star in Last Chance Motel. They play a couple whose dream wedding becomes a bloodbath when they pick the wrong motel for their nuptials. Heather Langenkamp (Nancy in A Nightmare on Elm Street) plays the proprietor of the motel and the matriarch of a family of killers.
The trailer for Last Chance Motel looks like low-budget horror fun. Danielle Harris and Scout Taylor-Compton met years ago and became close friends. They even hosted a podcast together, Talk Scary to Me. Even though they seem to have mostly gone their separate ways after the end of their podcast last year, Last Chance Motel looks like a case of friends in the movie business having fun making a movie together.
You can rent and buy Last Chance Motel now on most major digital platforms, including Prime Video, Fandango at Home, and more.
