Austin Abrams (Weapons, Resident Evil) stars in Whalefall as a son who goes diving off the coast of California in an attempt to find his father’s remains. While searching, he’s swallowed by a whale. With his air running out, he survives inside the whale while trying to make his way out.
The movie is based on the novel of the same title by author Daniel Kraus. Brian Duffield (Predator: Badlands, Cocaine Bear) directed the film adaptation, and he co-wrote the screenplay with Daniel Kraus.
Josh Brolin and Elizabeth Shue are also in the cast of Whalefall along with Austin Abrams.
Whalefall is now playing in theaters.
