‘Onlyfangs’ Trailer Reaction: The New Vampire Comedy from A & P Productions Already Looks Fantastic!

The makers of indie horror-comedy hit Murdercise are returning with another stylish, fun, and bloody film, and you can watch the first trailer now!

Onlyfangs is currently still in production.

If you’re a regular reader of Creepy Catalog, then you’ll probably be aware of the love we have for Murdercise (2023). It earned a respectable place in our overall ranking of horror movies in 2023, beating many higher-profile films. We also included it in our shortlist of underrated gems released in 2023 that you need to see. But that was last year. Now, in 2024, the makers of Murdercise—A & P Productions—are preparing to unveil their next low-budget crowd-pleaser: Onlyfangs! Check out the first trailer below!

This first teaser trailer for Onlyfangs was released on August 12, 2024.

The thing that immediately stands out in the trailer is the attention paid to creating eye-catching images. Murdercise looked good, but Onlyfangs looks like it will be another step forward in terms of A & P Productions’ visual language. The shot in the theater behind the vamps legs, the glamour shots of the vamps in pink and blue lighting, Reese in harsh lighting with blood dripping down her face. These shots and more make us excited to see what the whole movie looks like.

Nina Lanee Kent as Scarlett in Onlyfangs.
Nina Lanee Kent demanded our attention in A & P Productions’ previous two movies. We’re overjoyed to see her back in Onlyfangs.

The comedy also shines through. Drew Marvick’s delivery of his lines—”oh, I love creepy stuff” and “no, those are teeth”—already has us grinning. Plus, watching Drew Marvick and Jessa Flux back together and riffing with each other is going to be fantastic. That pair has a movie-stealing scene in Murdercise, and they might just steal the show again in Onlyfangs.

The blood and gore effects look amazing too. The pulsing neck wound towards the end of the trailer promises great things for fans of practical effects.

A trio of vampires in Onlyfangs.
This trio gives very strong “Brides of Dracula” vibes.

And, of course, we already know the cast will be great because many of the stars have worked with A & P Productions (the team of Angie De Alba and Paul Ragsdale) before. Of the main cast, Kansas Bowling, Jessa Flux, Adriana Uchishiba, and Bebe Bardot appeared in Murdercise. Nina Lanee Kent—seen in the Onlyfangs trailer as the red-dress-wearing vampire Scarlett— and Drew Marvick—the wannabe monster hunter Wes—go back even further with A & P, appearing in both Murdercise (2023) and Slashlorette Party (2020). They’re all outstanding, and they look like they’re perfect for their new roles.

Wes (Drew Marvick) and Reese (Kansas Bowling) share a tender moment in Onlyfangs.

If you’re as excited as we are for Onlyfangs, be sure to visit the Indiegogo campaign for the movie which is still funding on InDemand. We’d suggest opting for the signed Blu-ray perk, but there are good perks still available for any budget, including a couple of producer roles and, as of this writing, a remote acting role! Any contribution helps immensely for a truly independent film like this.

Jessa Flux as Gwen in Onlyfangs.
Jessa Flux—one of the best scream queens during 2023—continues to work like a woman possessed, already having filmed multiple movies in 2024 in addition to Onlyfangs.

When the trailer was released, Onlyfangs still had some filming left to do, and then it’s on to post-production. No release date has been announced yet, but keep a watch here on Creepy Catalog for more updates. You can also follow the production directly at the following links:
