From co-directors Hana Mae Lee and Hal Satin, Magick Mtn. is a “rock ‘n roll fairytale” made up of three dark fables. With music from Super Heroines, Eva O, and Rozz Williams, the movie works somewhat like an homage to Aleister Crowley while telling tales about a Deathrock squatter, a pair of criminal plumbers on a path to Hell, and an architect’s deal with the Devil.
Magick Mtn. was released digitally on October 13, and you can rent or buy it on Prime Video and Fandango at Home.
