The Long Walk

The Long Walk was directed by Francis Lawrence (Constantine, most of The Hunger Games movies), and the script was written by JT Mollner (Strange Darling) based on the story by Stephen King.

In an alternate, dystopian history of America in the 1970s, 50 teenage boys compete in The Long Walk. The walkers must maintain a speed of at least 3 miles per hour as they are escorted by armed men down a desolate road. If they drop below the target speed for too long, they are killed. The last boy still walking wins a cash prize.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle

Infinity Castle follows the fourth season of the anime series.

For viewers who enjoy: anime, dark fantasy, action and adventure

Tanjiro and the Demon Slayer Corps are trapped inside the pocket dimension of the Infinity Castle and are faced with life-or-death battles against a legion of demons. Infinity Castle became Japan’s highest grossing theatrical film of 2025 during its release earlier this year, and it is currently the third highest theatrical release ever in its home country.

Rabbit Trap

Bryn Chainey wrote and directed Rabbit Trap. It is his feature film debut.

For viewers who enjoy: supernatural horror, folk horror, creeping dread

Dev Patel and Rosy McEwan star as musicians who move to a remote section of Wales to work on an album. They begin hearing mysterious sounds from an unknown source, and the arrival of a stranger suggests they’ve stumbled into something that they shouldn’t have.

The Man in My Basement

The Man in My Basement is based on the novel of the same title by Walter Mosley.

For viewers who enjoy: psychological thrillers, themes of race and heritage

Corey Hawkins plays Charles Blakey, a man who is considering the tough decision of selling his family home after the death of his mother. A man named Anniston Bennet (Willem Dafoe) offers to rent the basement of Charles’s house for enough money to clear all of his debts. But Anniston has some odd and unnerving ideas for how he intends to use the room he’s renting.

Traumatika

Pierre Tsigaridis (Two Witches) directed and co-wrote Traumatika.
