Brute 1986 is the sequel to Brute 1976. I quite enjoyed the previous film, and I expect the sequel will be just as fun. Director Marcel Walz and writer Joe Knetter are both back for this film, as are many members of the cast and crew.
The film follows the band Leather Kobra as they travel to a seemingly abandoned desert town to film a new music video. But they run afoul of the Birdy family, a group of outcasts and misfits who tend to kill strangers on their land.
Gigi Gustin (Stiletto, Night of the Missing), Sarah French (Pretty Boy), Pancho Moler (3 From Hell), Lew Temple (The Devil’s Rejects), and Heather Grace Hancock (Pretty Boy) star.
There is no release date set yet, but hopefully we’ll hear something soon. The trailer has been released though, so make a point to check it out. Also, you should check out Brute 1976. It’s currently streaming on Tubi in the U.S.
