Screamboat
For viewers who enjoy: Horror Inspired by Public Domain, Low-Budget Slashers, Horror Comedies
Screamboat is the most high profile of the current wave of Steamboat Willie horror movies, but is it the best? Probably. It’s about an anthropomorphic mouse that kills people on a ferry. At $19.99 for a digital rental, you might want to wait for the price to drop. But if you need to see a mouse murdering people, you’ll probably have a good time.
New Digital Rental and Purchases (TVOD)
Room Six

Extremely Limited Theatrical Releases
The following three movies are in only a few theaters across North America, so finding a local showtime will be tough. Regardless, we’re posting them here so you can see what’s out there and what should hopefully be coming soon in a digital release.
A Desert
For viewers who enjoy: Neo-Noir, Desert Horror, Dark Thrillers
Alex (Kai Lennox) is a photographer on a road trip, trying to reclaims his glory days of being a best-selling artist. When Alex meets Renny (Zachary Ray Sherman) at a motel, everything changes. A Desert is best viewed knowing no more than this basic setup.
The Death of Snow White
For viewers who enjoy: Fairy Tale Horror, Low-Budget Dark Fantasy, Splatter
The Death of Snow White is a dark and campy re-imagining of the classic story, with plenty of violence and blood to push it towards being a horror tale. Unlike many recent public domain/fairy tale horror offerings, this one puts a lot of effort into the movie’s visuals, making it look good despite its low budget.
Daydreamers
For viewers who enjoy: Vampire Movies, Vietnamese Horror
Brothers Nhat (Thuan Nguyen) and Marco (Tran Ngoc Vang) are vampires with two very different philosophies. Nhat abstains from human blood and lives a life of secrecy. Marco embraces his nature and lives his vampire life to the fullest.
