Starbucks Just Dropped a Black Cat Frappuccino with Chocolate Cat Ears for Halloween

Starbucks’ Black Cat Frappuccino landed Thursday, Oct. 22, a chocolate cake-flavored creme base topped with whipped cream and a chocolate molded into cat ears.

The Venti Black Night Cookie dropped the same day: a black cocoa cookie studded with caramel fudge pieces and chunks of caramelized white chocolate.

The merchandise has been out since September. There’s a ceramic pumpkin-shaped black cat mug with a cat peering over the lip ($20), a 14-ounce cauldron-shaped mug ($17), a matte black cold cup with cat artwork that glows in the dark ($30), and a Bearista plush bag charm dressed in a black cat costume and green Starbucks apron ($15).

The treats arrive with Halloween a week out, following the chain’s winter holiday menu that launched earlier this month behind a new Tiramisu Velvet line and apple pomegranate refreshers. All of it is limited edition.
