Mystery Science Theater 3000: The RiffTrax Experiments puts Mike Nelson, Crow T. Robot, and Tom Servo back together in the Satellite of Love, tortured by Pearl Forrester, Brain Guy aka Observer, and Professor Bobo in a new set of experiments. There will be four experiments in total, and The Mummy Theme Park is the third of the bunch.
The Mummy Theme Park is an Italian horror movie, made in English, from the year 2000. It’s about an unscrupulous businessman who builds a theme park inside a mummy’s tomb. Mummy’s tombs obviously often come with curses, and this one is no exception.
I’ve been keeping up with the RiffTrax Experiments, and they’ve been great so far. The Mummy Theme Park was released to the public on November 6, and I’ll be watching it this weekend. It looks awful. And fun.
