The song began as a live improvisation in Toronto in 1999. Peaches says the Hellraiser rework frames it in “a darker, more twisted world.”

Doug Bradley’s Pinhead narrates a new rework of Peaches’ “Fuck the Pain Away” for Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, accompanied by an NSFW music video featuring blood, chains and a leather-clad orgy.

Peaches and Saber Interactive released the track as “Fuck the Pain Away – Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival Rework.” Saber’s music director, Steve Molitz, produced it with Peaches and described it as “a raw, abrasive, three-act descent into a hellscape of transcendence, excess, compulsion and distortion.”

Peaches said: “‘Fuck the Pain Away’ is ever-expanding and now has new meaning in the Hellraiser universe. I’m in!”

The original appeared on her 2000 album The Teaches of Peaches. Pitchfork ranked it #1 on its “The 37 Greatest Electroclash Songs of All Time” list on August 19, 2026.

The game’s scheduled for October 8, 2026, on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Switch 2.
